Total t*ssers...that is the sh*ttest get out of jail free card excuse I have ever heard....the way some of these bureaucratic penpushers behave, one would think they were persoannly funding the sodding op themselves....makes me even more glad that you have such a fabby Dr who kept fighting for you!!!
