White Chocie buttons in a tube!
It's one of my pit falls
my dad bought them for me today
and there nearly gone!

:wave_cry::sigh::cry:

I feel really guilty
Ashamed
self doubtful
ugly
Pathetic

Like i need anymore weight on me
like i need for this body to take more fat on
i'm SO  at myself!!

Ok lets stop the feeling of guilt, you have done it now. Chuck the rest away, we have all been there and done it, you can start cutting down again tomorrow. If you start feeling down and depressed you will give up and eat more and get back into that vicious cycle again. Dont have stuff in the house that is gonna tempt you, if people want to buy you a gift, ask them to get you a magazine, or a punnet of grapes. If you feel tempted do something else before going into the kitchen. If you have to have naughty stuff in the house, put a few into individual bags and just have a tiny bag instead of a whole tube. Today is a blip, tomorrow is a brand new day xx

Your Dad knows you are in a bad place with food, ask him to not buy anymore treats and save the money for something to do with photography like a nice album to put all your masterpieces in!

"been there/done it/got the t-shirt", thats why we're on here.
so please don't feel so bad.

I'm sure we have all had moments like these, it's how we deal with it afterwards.....Move on and have a good day today xxxxxx hugs xxx

I'm with all of the above... Except the bit about having treats in the house put them in smaller bags, you'll still eat the same amount you'll just have more guilt as you count the bags of treats you've eaten.....

Parents reward children with food, i know (to my shame at times) that i've done it with my own kids. We've all done it, ''be a good girl and we'll go to McDonalds''.. I'm sure your dad thought he was bringing you something you'd be pleased to receive. However, as Mickie said you need them all singing from the same hymn sheet. Ask your dad if he feels like he wants to bring you something to perhaps think outside the 'sweets n treats' thought and maybe brings you a nice piece of steak or something yummy like sushi or some lovely prawns that you can make a nice nutritious meal out of!

In the meantime stop beating yourself up over it, we've all done it and still fight the urge to do it. Today is a new day, every day is a chance for a new start. Chin up sweetheart xxx

Hi Claire... just carry on love... we are not perfect and just try and get back on track... it's not easy... we are posting our meals and weigh in for this coming Saturday if it would help you to join us.

Love and hugs xxx

Thanks guys

i'll tell you all why i feel so bad is because of the bulling i suffered at school every time i was seen with food i was made to feel those things i feel today over food.
So i used to hide out in the toilets and eat.

Anywho what i've done is put what i had left in a freezer bag and stuck them in the freezer at the back under a big pile of frozen food. there is no chocie in the house now. all i have walkers baked crisps that i've had for weeks just sitting i'll be honest im not daft on chocie as a whole but certain ones i just LOVE that i never buy.

i've had words with dad in the past about this
doesnt want to seem to listen?
next time he buys sweets im just gonna say no thanks
he doesnt say hes buying for me just brings them along.

I love to make homemade soup keeps me busy.
