February 2014 Surgeries

Shrewsbury Royal :) They were superb bar one nurse who I found to be very poor, but I got the feeling the other nurses felt my pain in regards to her so they rallied round for me haha. What you have to think hun is that yes you will feel some pain, it's inevitable but it's so temporary whereas the weight loss, the shopping, the smiles and the positive changes in our lives will be permanent xx

Crucon, just wanted to stop by and wish you all the very best for tomorrow. Remember to walk around as much as you can as soon as you can and let us know how your getting on when you feel up to it.

And to all other Feb oppers, good luck with the next stage of your journeys and speedy recovery.

X

Hi there. All banded and on the fix now.Mr Super was definitely a super bloke and surgeon. Made me feel very reassured on the morning of my op. All went well. Was allowed home after tea time but felt too wobbly and weak so stayed in overnight. Felt much better yesterday morning when I woke up. Yesterday I was so full of wind, so had gripe water, windeze and peppermint tea. Today things feel a bit easier. Just some pain over my port site and still windy but otherwise feeling sort of ok. all the best to Kirsty and Laura too xx
