It's horrible having to complain but I had to over another matter and my letter ended up being 3 A4 pages long.
It did the trick though within a week of writing it I had my pre op done and op a fortnight later. Unfortunately the op didn't work but the letter did

Great for the chosen. But, sucks for the people still waiting. They don't seem to realise that we talk to each other. There was probably a time when they could do it and nobody was the wiser.
