Really hope I can shift this 2lb in tomorrows weigh in. That will take me to 11 stone loss in 49 weeks. Never ever thought I could do this

I certainly hope so. This stone has been the hardest to shift. Another two to go yet so my body best start behaving itself. Lol

Well didn't lose my two pound that I needed today. Instead I gained a pound and can honestly say don't know why.

I feel great have had no problems at all. On average I've lost 3.5lb a week. Had 2 gains and 2 stalls so have been really lucky until now. The other two gains were fully expected birthday and Xmas. Hoping it's just a blip and lose double next week lol.
How's your journey so far?
