First week of pre op diet completed!

Well - I have survived this week on a combination of slim fast (gives me the sh*ts) and salad. I plan to do the same next week before my op on Saturday the 4th. (band)
I am proud of myself as I have not cheated but by god am I starving! My stomach sounds like an earthquake when I get into bed!
I have been out for lunch and to the cinema without pigging out. Looks like i have a weeny bit of will power after all! Lol.

Well done you, keep your eyes on the prize - it will all be worth it in the end.

Funny how so much of our social lives revolve around eating, and it takes something like this to realise you can still enjoy people and places without crappy snacks.
