First Weigh In Post Op

I have decided to weigh myself every Monday from now on now that I am post op, instead of everyday lol

So I got on the scales today and I weighed 145.9kg before my op, to my suprise today I weighed 141.7kg a difference of 4.2kg (9.2 lb) since Wednesday.

This means now I am only .2kg away from losing 6 stone.

I think I am happy with that result lol

Can't wait to get back on my bike though which should help with weight loss.
