Be careful with the batter taken off the fish.It can still absorb some fat!Better with oven cooked fish in breadcrumb.Two fishfingers do for me now!

I think better of rapping a piece of cod in clingfilm with a knob of butter slice lemmon salt pepper pop in micro ready in less than 4 mins and retains all the natural taste.........
