My stats are very very very similar to yousjust a stone above ya )

Not sure how tall you are:
Height: 5'6

Pre op weight: 19st 10lbs (276lbs)(ive been learning to do it all in pounds lol)
Surgery weight: 18st 9lbs (261lbs)

A band is fantastic, but it doesnt stop the weight going back on. Believe me, its easy to make the wrong food choices and gain. As many people say, it's a band on our stomach, not on our brain! Myfitnesspal is a great app to help you focus though - I use it every day. Good luck

Today's been ok food wise

Breakfast was weetabix x 1
Lunch was innocent smoothie
Dinner cottage pie

Dinner was a tad early so will probably have a yoghurt later or a cuppa soup x
