Just got back from my 2 week holiday. I spent a day in ane whilst away with the most awful pains which I have had before but has always gone away.
After tests etc in a Spanish hospital (I was too stubborn to go initially!) I have gallstones, which we had suspected anyway!
I was discharged but told I needed to see doctor when home, appointment is booked!
They gave me a special diet to follow no red meat etc. Which is fine for a normal person but for someone who needs protein is difficult! And I don't want chicken all the time (don't eat fish)
As it is common with wls due to the rapid weight loss; what diet do people follow? And what did the doctors do? Did they remove gallbladder or not worry too much?
