When I had gallstones I survived on lean Turkey and salad, and raspberry jam....this was pre wls.

Im sure I could survive on much less but I don't wanna put my baby in danger

I took paracetamol and Buscopan for mine. I would always get a tightening in my chest before the pain started so as long as I took it right when the tightening started the pain would either not last very long or if I was really lucky it wouldn't come at all. I never did figure out what triggered it. Was something different each time. :/
