Going back to work - who did you tell???

I'm still pre-op but I have told anyone who want's to know about my planned surgery. I've had nothing but positive comments and feedback - even admiration from some for the fact that I've taken this huge step in securing a better future for myself.

I'm having my op on the NHS and proud of it..... There are other countries where someone in my position, worked all their life, paid their taxes etc....wouldn't be able to afford to have this kind of life saving surgery. Thank goodness we have the NHS I say!!!
