well goodish - I went to pscyh appointment last week and said what I wanted to say last week. I didn't get upset and just relaxed and went with it.
I can't believe I didn't need to use a tissue! In fact, I came out feeling quite positive. Feel a bit daft really to make such a fuss previously.

I don't know how long my journey's going to take, or which direction its going to take me in, but I'm taking it one day at a time.
