Thank you all so much for your lovely messages....

I have to admit when first having my surgery my eyes were focused firmly on the scales and any movement they made. It's only this last couple of weeks i have changed my focus and realised that i'm walking quicker, wanting to walk further and feeling fan blooming tastic!!! My diabetes meds not been needed anymore is the icing on the cake for me...

Today i feel like a winner and not a loser at all xxxx
