Got my admission confirmation letter today

Eeek! I suppose that means its all real then? I have to be there at 7.30 on 21st September. And my pre op is at 9.50 on 12th August.
The letter says under the care of Mr Ahmed, so I assume thats confirmation its him doing my op? I wasnt actually told but my surgeons appointment was with him.
