Was lovely to meet Mr Welbourn, Dr Kennedy and Anne.
They have all confirmed I'm young and fit
(just fat!) and are happy to go ahead with my bypass on 14th September.
I met some wonderful people whilst waiting to see all the different people, Dr Kennedy was over 2 hours late so it was a long long wait. Was so nice to chat to others in my situation face to face.
Anne the dietian was happy for me to go onto the Cambridge diet for my pre-op. I'm pleased about this, I would just panic and stress and no doubt fail otherwise!
The 8 week count down begins! Yippee.
