i cant believe how long its taking all of you to get the surgery. By the time i have mine it will be 5 mths at the very most. 3 yrs is just crazy.

Mine has taken 3 years because just as I was added to the waiting list last Nov. I had a heart attack so I've had to wait an extra year because of the blood thinning meds I'm on for my stent. Then of course my op was cancelled last week so thats added an extra 2 weeks to my journey, but I'll get there in the end. Slow and steady wins the race eh :8855:

I heard from Heidi's husband, she is through and on the losers bench. She is in a lot of pain and the operation took twice as long as expected. I don't know any details.
I just want to wish her a speedy recovery xxx

Thankyou everyone for all the lovley wishes
pleased to say i am back home still alittle sore but so glad to be home..
operation took longer as surgeon ( mr Dwerryhouse ) said that he had to go up and under!!!
"what ever that means"!!!
i was in a lot of pain in recovery so they gave me two lots of morphine and ketermine which knocked me out big time lol
so much better now and looking forward to my new life
i am also so pleased for my dear freinds pauline baker who had her op 7wks ago and marie withers who had her op saturday and is doing really well and is coming home today Big Thanks To You Both you have given me loads of support and help and it means so very much to me love you both loads xxxx
