My dietician said anything u can chew well into mush is ok for soft food - I've had mashed potato, tuna, mashed veges, yoghurts, and chicken wraps! Ive snuck things in like pizza and fish and chips too :S so from now on I'm kicking myself in the butt and kicking old habits out the door!! It's hard when I have a boyfriend who eats like a pig and eats until there is nothing left.... But maybe I can teach him a thing or two now
Are you finding tuna ok? I've heard that can be hard so a bit nervous! Some lovely recipes for tuna salads online so hopefully it's ok for me! I've 4mm in my band so Im eager to keep losing weight so as not to waste the fill if you get me!! I really like my liquid stage, Im not feeling too great about moving on to mushies!
