Hello!

I have a treadmill but it's still hard to get motivated!! I put on a kilo this week which I'm not happy about but it's because I have been over eating :S
My dietician said anything u can chew well into mush is ok for soft food - I've had mashed potato, tuna, mashed veges, yoghurts, and chicken wraps! Ive snuck things in like pizza and fish and chips too :S so from now on I'm kicking myself in the butt and kicking old habits out the door!! It's hard when I have a boyfriend who eats like a pig and eats until there is nothing left.... But maybe I can teach him a thing or two now :)

Are you finding tuna ok? I've heard that can be hard so a bit nervous! Some lovely recipes for tuna salads online so hopefully it's ok for me! I've 4mm in my band so Im eager to keep losing weight so as not to waste the fill if you get me!! I really like my liquid stage, Im not feeling too great about moving on to mushies!

As long as it has some kind of sauce or dressing with it so it isn't dry it's fine, just gotta make sure you chew really well :) I like mine in creamy mashed potato

Yeah i love mash potato but Im not sure if i want to introduce it due to calories and my love of it :) bet i will tho! Oh Im actually getting a little excited about moving on to soft food now. Pureed veg with an Oxo cube as gravy is what Im looking forward to most, really hope can eat tuna. I also hope its not too easy to eat! Do you feel restriction with soft food? Roughly how much would you have as a serving?
Sorry for all tho questions just love having fellow banders to pick their brains!x

Haha that's fine :)
Soft foods filled me up quickly! But I struggle to find the "full feeling" sometimes, I try to have water before I eat to help fill me up
