Hiya, i used to be on here a few months(maybe years )ago. I have had my date for surgery which is 27th march 09! I am having the gastric band inserted. As like all of you I have tried every single diet under the sun and moon! And nothing has worked for long x
Still waiting on the date of my pre op to come through, but have the diet sheet here!
I cant wait to be able to run with my kids without getting out of breath...its something ive always wanted to do x
If you have any tips for me please let me know......

Hi and welcome back. You're doing the right thing. I had my band op on the 13th January. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner as I have also tried every diet under the sun. The support on this site is amazingly.
