Don't worry too much about it. As others have suggested I went with sugar free jelly or a bit of low fat philly when I felt hungry at this stage.
I found that I could have just a little bit of jelly and feel full without a lot of calories. Also I lost loads of weight the week after the op and then nothing for nearly 3 weeks despite sticking to the post op religiously, then it dropped off fast again so try not to worry about it and just concentrate on getting over the op. You could try smoothies if you're not getting enough calories that's what I had to do in the end.
