Week 30 in maintenance 2lbs off 9.2lbs Gob smacked! Week 31. 1lb off 9.1lbs yet again how lol. Week 32. 1lb off 9st shocked yet again. Week 33 1lb off 8st 13lb week 34 2lb off 8st 11lbs maintenance is proving harder than I thought Week 37 8st 9lbs another 2lbs off Week 40 8st 8lbs. Hopefully weight loss is slowing now
