Help needed from experienced post-oppers

Food

I had loads of scrambled eggs and salmon or other fish to boost the proteins . soup was a life savfer while in the first three months. made many varieties myself as then knew what was going into it. and as time went I was not making it as smooth. :character00148: :p
 
Thanks for the M&S kids' meals suggestion! I've just been to my first post-op dinner party and as the hostess was making lasagne I took a bolognese meal to blitz. So much better than my home-made mince. I managed a whole 3 tsp!! Bless my friend, she bought cherry nas dilute so it looked like wine, I had a great time! x

Aw hon you have a really good friend that. That sounds lovely. Plus shows we can still eat out after surgery! I have been to scared to go to dinner any where but home! lol huge hugs
