I had exactly the same experience a couple of times in the early stages and have learned that I need to take my pills before I attempt to eat any breakfast.

Thanks Rose, I may try that. Although Polly Pouch is a demanding little soul and wants food IMMEDIATELY I wake up! It's not that I'm hungry, more that I feel so sick when I wake up....and NO I'm definitley not pregnant! LOL
