Can anyone talk me thru this please?
I am sitting in the house on my own at the moment and for the past 4 hours have wanted to eat and eat. I havent given in at all and tho have eaten more cals today than usual (about 800) it has all been "good" stuff - protein and dairy.
But really I just want to go to the cupboard and help myself to anything.
I have been excercising today and feel a little low so I think that is where the problem is.
Perhaps if I super glue my butt to my computer chair until oh returns?
Actually just writing this is giving me a little strength - I am looking forward to my glass of milk which is in my plan - at around 10.
