Hi, thanks for the support everyone, unfortunately in my area the guideline is BMI 50 and with problems 45, i will try and explain to him im not taking it lightly and have had great support from everyone on here, i know my cousin had it done about 18 months ago but privately and she looks great, its sad i am about to turn 25 but for the last 3 years i have been so ill with bipolar i feel my life is over and im living in a big fat shell, i want him to understand this and i want to be slimmer again i try everything and it doesnt work or does and i loose a little then it comes piling back on, my weight gain is from my depression which is almost under control now so fingers crossed!!!
