IM on the purified stage and I know we need to eat more protein than carbs but all that seems to stay down is stuff like tinned mac and chews or tinned spaghetti Bol? Any protein like purified chicken doesn't seem to stay down?

do you mean puree food? you can have low fat custard, yoghurts, quorn, semolina made with semiskimmed milk maybe scrambled egg, cottage cheese, melted cheese on potato with gravy very sloppy though. xx
the dietician told me 6 proteins a day i am post 8months now and a typical day for me would be milk with cereal, milk throughout the day in tea and coffee, a yoghurt, chicken or meat at lunch, fish/meat/cheese/egg for tea , you could always fit in a pot of lowfat custard. thats 6 there. some people like muller rice or tinned rice but hs to be low sugar.xx
