Incredible! You have lost 4 stone more than I weigh now ... how is that for an awesome NSV! Imagine carrying almost 1.5 of me around all day. Exactly!! I was carrying a me around before my surgery - as I have more or less halved my body weight from my biggest.

Anywayz - where is your first surgiversary badge on the left!? You have earned it. So so so proud of you. Can't believe it has been a year xxxx
