Heparin post THG banding - do you have to?

I only had my op on 28th April , but if u not gotta do them I'm all for it ,I nearly fainted when they said u gotta do them at home , but they are easy too do once you've done one. Xxx

I had my op with the hospital group less than 4 weeks ago and I got a weeks worth of Clexane. I think it does depend on your surgeon. I had Mr El Hasani also same as Snack so perhaps some surgeons are more cautous than others.
I am glad I got them as even though they suggest being mobile you dont really feel like being too mobile afterwards. I know I did'nt so it was a relief to have them as an added insurance if you will...
