Just posted on my diary but Yeap I am banded yeah plus I feel really great, sleeps a lot had water and a cup of tea then slept some more. Surrounding the hospital there is a farm so can hear the dogs, sheep chicken even a donkey, I love donkeys so find it really relaxing which I think helps a lot. Hope my regular update ll help all pre opper as that was what I was looking for before hand. Any question about the day just ask while its fresh in my memory.
