Try keep the protein and water levels up hun it will help but believe me over doing it is bad because the energy is soon gobbled up. At least it ain't a gain .

If you are not better by morning ring your team or see a doc as could be an infection hun or a 48hr bug. Plenty of fluids and rest. G.w.s x

I don't think you would to be honest hun I think more to the 48hr bug or start of flu with your immune system being low. It's still a good idea to seek medical advice tomorrow if you feel no better. X

Well it was tonsillitis
But I'm feeling so much better today
Even had a good scrub if the house now U can move around without any pain bring on the band fill!!
