hi well done on getting ya date you must be feeling great but also really worried i was the same i have my date too 4th feb so only few days before you im having bypass
when you starting ya liver diet ive been om mine 7 days now its a killer at first but after 5 days its fine well done and good luck xxxx

I am having Lapland and I have to admit...I am getting nervous. It has been a long time coming so it feels kind of unreal that I finally get to do it and now that I have to go on the liquid diet...it feels real

I have my op on 6th feb too. Had my 1st pre op today and start the liver diet on Monday
