Hi Kevin. Welcome to the Forum, there is a lot of support and advice on here I have found. Well done on the weight loss. I did the LRD on milk with the occasional jelly for two weeks, but like you only half and half milk, or all water. I got my variations by changing the flavours. I found milky coffee was good (but too much coffee causes me cystitis) so had to stop. I also had Yeo Valley 0% natural yoghurt, it is runnier and smoother tasting than some of the others. I found I stopped feeling hungry most days and sometimes forgot to drink it! Am now on week 2 post op which is a similar diet but nothing like the amount which I had pre-op, so whilst it may not seem a lot, make the most of it!
