Hi - advice from banders please. I am on mushy food stage for two weeks and aiming to keep to 1200 calories per day with 60g protein minimum. Is it better to have 3 larger meals or 4-6 smaller meals? I want to get all my proteins, nutrients etc but do not want to trench my pouch. Does mushy food stretch pouch? I have a 14ml band and 5ml was put in at the time of operation so I do feel some restriction, although fairly mild. All advice appreciated. Tracey xxx
