How does everyone determine their weight loss?

Charm, I'm like you - I lost 2 stone before going for my op but don't count it in my loss - not sure why. I think because my recorded op weight was my 'normal' weight that I had been stuck at for about 8 years and I hate thinking about that extra 2 stone as it went on so quick it was scary!

Mine was from my pre op date, which was also the day before my pre op diet.

I also did eat for England the 2 weeks before this.

My weight is from the day of my seminar but in the past I weighed 3st 2lbs more than that!
