HOW DOES IT WORK???

Hey guys I'm hoping some one can help me as I'm so confused OK i and my friend has the gastric bypass with me I'm having problems keeping any food in..
My mate can eat everything but she doesn't feel full so i told her to stop when she thinks this is how much i should be eating..I'm 5weeks post op and she is 4weeks post op..
Can some one please explain how does some one after having the op doesn't feel full as I'm truly shocked..

If she is on fluids or sloppies she may not feel full until the food becomes more firmer in texture and more solid. It is quite common for this to happen.
