Try and avoid sauce based meals and they are slider foods. Like curry and cottage pie. banders can eat larger volumes of such foods. Mash can also be a slider for some (although not me I can't eat it)
Also, at lunch time do you just eat half a pack of meat? It is great for protein but you need more than just your protein.
Remember dense foods help with restriction.
