How much protein/carbsfat to aim for per day?

I have never really looked into this properly, just made sure I have eaten lots of protein and first, then carbs and avoided fat.

But I have some bowel issues since my kidney failure and was asked about my fat intake which I said automatically was "low", but I don't REALLY know....which lead me to think about all three....

Is it out there anywhere what we should aim for, I have it in my head 70g protein, 40g carbs... but no idea re fat...

Mind you, I have 35g cornflakes for breakfast which myfitnesspal reckons is almost ALL my daily carbs in one go?!:eek:
