Like I said though, I think I have had the opposite problem and my restriction has probably been very good. Now I find if I eat crap I can go all day. Luckily those days are few and far between. If I try to stick to proper meals then the quanities are similar to those you quoted yesterday. It does very much depend on the type of food.
You are doing well hun, and are making really positive lifestyle changes. Try not to get too hung up on things at this early stage. You are human. I dont think you are over eating.
