I probably eat more than I should. But it is healthy food, no pain or discomfort so I shall stick with what I'm doing so long as I'm losing :/

Today I've eaten

1 weetabix with ss milk
5 prawns, 3 carrot battons, half ww pitta bread
A frube
For dinner I shall have 2 small skinless sausages a heaped table spoon of mash, a few peas & onion gravy

Drink wise I've had 1 skinny latte, 1 ww hot choc, 1 coke zero with ice & no fizz and about a litre of sf juice that's an average day for me x x

Sounds good :)

It's very promising seeing people eat a good variety of food and lose so well. I feel reassured.

Do you get the full feeling? Or stick to certain portions regardless?

I deffo get the full feeling sometimes when I hardly eat anything but then I know it's time to stop. Its a great feeling as I never felt full post op & was worried that on liquid & soft food I still didn't feel full but as soon as I started on solids the full feeling began! Some days I never feel hungry at all but eat to live where as post op I lived to eat lol x x

Thank you :D

I have felt full today eating more dry solids. I was still having gravy a lot. Dry food lead to me feeling very full. Couldn't finish my mini bowl dinner. Like you, it felt good. I love how controlled about food the bypass helps me feel (and my pre op work on my food addicted brain of course lol)

I fell asleep in Sainsbury car park for 45 mins on the way home from work, prior to shopping I may add! So by the time I got in at 8 ish - I could not be bothered to cook so I had 4 water biscuits with phili and smoked salmon!!
Just wanted to share that with you as your currently obsessed Fuffs - I was due for 100g turkey breast and 50g stir fry veg with 20g Chinese stir fry sauce (20cals)...but that will be tomorrow's dinner now! xx
