I'm watching Fat Doctor & that's how much a woman's " apron" weighed once removed !

I bet she is too , it was all thickened skin & full of fluid , not just your standard excess skin .

She must have lost a lot of weight to have gained that large apron.. but she still looked like she had a fair way to go yet. It made a lot of difference to her confidence and well being to get rid of it didnt it?

I love that programme.. I sit with tears steaming down my face when I watch it as I have empathy with each and every one of them
