Yes, 7 months out I sometimes do, but normally if I've jot had enough fluid between meals or not eaten a good enough meal last time, if that makes sense. But I don't snack unless I really reallyneed to then only ever fruit. My tastes have completely changed but some of that was sheer willpower and determination at first, no way was I eating sweet or fatty stuff after having been given this amazing opportunity and I think as a result, I just went off it too.
I did have head hunger at first, butjust used to sit and think about it, have a drink and also kept a good/drink diary with timings so I could see what I'dhad and when.
Honestly don't ever feel starving, but a bit like brighter blessings, am in a timing thing and my body tells me it needs fuel!
