The Atkins chocolate chip crisp Day Break bar is yummy. I'm notoriously fussy so if I like it, I think anyone else will. My son had a nibble and he too, gave the thumbs up! nutritional content: 12g protein, 0.4g sugar, 138 cals, 7 g fat.

I honestly can't believe something can taste THIS good and be THIS healthy! I'm a very happy lady!

I also only managed half because its so filling!

i think any of the atkins range will be wls friendly dotty, and a lot nicer than any other stuff you can get
