Congratulations, bet your really excited. There are a few of you going to be done next week so looks like the surgeons are going to be busy..lol

Anyway, good luck with it and take it easy afterwards, no rushing back to work too early. Most hospitals give you a sick note for two weeks by the way and advise you to go to your doctor should you need a longer one.

great news .i start mr ammoris preop diet on monday but have been easing myself into it ths week. did you know the dietition says you can make up some veg or pea soup and keep having some during the day. thats good as it will help you stop feeling too hungry.................kath x
