I echo what peterborough guy has to say - you worry about having one egg sandwich (btw - I can understand wanting an egg sandwich as I love them!!) yet you started your liver shrinkage diet a week earlier than you needed. Answer this - would you have beaten yourself up about it if you had eaten it the day before you started your milk diet? No, I sure you wouldn't!!! So, praise yourself for sticking to it for 2 weeks already and having just another 3 days of it to go before your big day!!
As for the weight loss - over 2 weeks you've lost 10lb - wouldn't you be happy with that weight loss usually? From what I've seen on here and elsewhere, most people lose between 10lb and 15lb on the liver shrinkage diet so you've done as well as most people!! Your body is probably getting wise to what you've been up to over the last 2 weeks and has gone into salvage mode this week. However, inside you, your liver is probably shrinking as quickly as a slug covered in salt!!!
