Good luck Caren hope you have agood flight and meet some new friends that will help you through till you come home again, you have been a n inspiration to us all and hope that we can help you along as much as you have us. On the bum issue, mine has shrunk down a lot, i used to have a ledge there, i once got off the couch and the cushion stayed on my ledge my daughter thought it was hillarious and always says now i will never be able to do that agin my ledge has gone, probably why i still have pain in my butt when i'v sat a while. You take care of yourself and will be thinking of you Wednesday, if i was there would give you a big hug so it will be a virtual one, can you feel it!!!! There you go now wasn;t that nice will make you feel better, Haha xx Keep up beat xx
