Well thank you all, after i read all the replies i have come to the conclusion that i am eating the right things, and i do eat my protein first then veg then and only then do i eat my carbs usually they are what gets chucked out i have never cleared my plate since having my op, the only bad carb i like now and then is my ginger snap. I t does say on my list that if you really want something like that 1 carb is equal to 1 digestive but i know thats not every day. So just keep on as i am thanks for all the helpa nd i will be trying out some new ones that have been suggested to thanx all xxxx
