Im 6 months post op

I'm still in shock that I've gotten this far.

Day of surgery I weighed..... 295lbs
Wore: 22-24 pants
3xl - 4 xl tops.
And size 12 shoes (lol yes my feet shrunk too)

Today:
I weigh 185lbs (goal 150-155lbs)
I wear: 6-8 pants depending on make sometimes I'm still in a 10.
And medium or large tops depending on make.
Shoe size: 9 and 9 1/2.

I have attached pictures. One before of me at disney I'm in the pink (of course lol).

6 months and 110lbs later I feel great.

Everyone is saying that lol. But for a healthy bmi I need to be at 150-168 so I still have atleast 20 more lbs to go. Lol. Although I've completely stopped losing so I'm wondering if my body is telling me it's done. The plastic surgeon said I have about 15-20lbs of skin he can remove so maybe that's where the extra weight is lol.

Thank you. I am. And it feels great finally to work out. I used to hate it now it's like an adrenaline high for me. I jog 3.5 miles 5 days a week and it's awesome altho my legs are super wobbly after hahaha.

Thank you. It's funny because I came on here 2 days before my surgery and saw an awesome before and after slideshow of one of the members. I remember saying I hope I get her results. You will do amazing.
