I'm feeling pretty good right now. Should last until roughly 10am tomorrow, weekly meeting with my manager lol!

Ah well, as compensation for all the confusion not only have I lost the weight I gained on liquids (1.5lbs, how????!) but I've lost another 4 lbs this week, taking me to... wait for it...

I'm finally in the 19s!:D Happy dance on the scales, and seeing as how that was my Christmas target I guess that means it's Christmas. Deccies will be up this avo:D

I'm really struggling to eat enough at the mo.
Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: 20g cereal and a danio yogurt - 198cals.
Lunch: low low snack pack with bruschetta and onion chutney - 187cals
Dinner: chicken with ham and cheese, carrots and green beans - 289cals
Total for day: 674

Today I've had:
Breakfast: cereal & danio - 198cals
Lunch: leftover chicken & veg - 190cals
Dinner: Cajun chicken and salad - 224cals.
Total for day: 612cals

I've overstated today's calories - I think I ate too much for dinner, ended up pb-ing and had to leave a bit. It's not a question of restriction - fairly dry chicken is going down without issue! It's just that since my last fill, within the 20 minute window that's all I can get through and I rarely snack between meals.

So...

What is the best thing to do? I can't go on having so few calories for any length of time. Should I look at higher calorie options, full fat cheese etc? Should I have some snacks between meals? Am I just being obsessive, and it will all sort itself out over time? I've only been on solids since Sunday, so it's only been 3 days on so few calories, will it all settle down? Is this normal?

Sigh. Stressing over non-band-related stuff seems to have spilled over into stressing over the band too. Maybe I just need to give my head a wobble!
 
jeepers creepers hun that is low trying to think what i can suggest but not coming up with much. If you cant fit it in i would say defs go for something a little higher cal or up the carbs a little bit! x x
 
Thankyou hun! I am going to have a milky chai later on, won't add a huge amount of calories but it'll help. I could snack, but I don't want to eat if I'm not hungry - that's what got me into this mess in the first place lol!
 
maybe just try making your meals higher calorie, not sure how but give it a try you dont want to go into starvation mode!
 
Maybe you could try adding in a Build-up/Complan type shake into your day, that'll add an extra 230-ish calories plus some protein and it won't feel like food.

I'm sure it'll all even out in the end, at the moment I wish I had your problem..
 
Until things calm down a little you could have milky drinks ... That's what I used to do when calories were too low. Still do that nowadays even in maintenance when feeling a bit tighter. It will ease off as you lose a bit more weight x
 
Thankyou ladies. I had a huge milky chai last night before bed, and this morning instead of my cup of tea I've had a protein shake. Who'd have thought this would be an issue? Lol!
 
It really has! I'm still having my cereal in the morning, but as I can't manage my normal 40g serving within the 20 minutes I've knocked it down to 20g. The good news is that I eat that at about 6.30am and I'm not hungry then until 11.30, when my stomach starts rumbling embarrassingly loudly until 12 when I have my lunch break!

It's only been a few days, so I suspect things will change over the next few weeks. I've not got my appointment for my December fill yet, but I don't think I'm too far off where I need to be.

Today I've had my cereal and yogurt for breakfast with the protein shake when I first got up. For lunch I'm having last nights leftover chicken with salad, and for dinner I'm going to treat myself. I'm at the hairdressers, so won't feel much like cooking by the time I get home. Starbucks do a gorgeous salad called feta compli - it's quinoa, harissa chicken, feta cheese, seeds, tenderstem broccoli and loads of other stuff I can't remember. 380-odd calories of sheer gorgeousness. I'm going to call in and get one on my way home, and maybe have a chai latte while I'm there.

I hope I can catch you up..I really want to be 20 stone by Christmas, Im thinking of going to Slimming World just for the weekly weigh in and support of fellow slimmer's :)

I also see you had food stuck its a nightmare isn't it, I never again want that to happen :/
