Hi everyone I was banded on 15th sept 2022 I have a 14 ml band and currently have 9 ml in I eat 2 meals a day + snack’s protein mainly n full for 4hrs, having another bandfill 6/01/23 hopefully this will sort me out as the scales haven’t gone done for a month it’s being like a yo-yo to be honest actually put on a few pounds but been going to gym 2-3-4 x a week lost inches thou
