It's only just begun... Noob Alert!

Hahahah I know I'm stubborn and committed so hopefully I'll be fine. Just weighed myself this morning as its the last time I'll be able to before I start my pre op diet and I'm 398lbs!

Can't believe I've got myself into this situation sometimes!
 
Hi, I'm doing juiceplus with almond milk, I checked with my support person it was ok as i had this in already and slim fast was the meal replacement option I was given but it's hard to get where I live (on an island)
 
That must be hard bubbles!
I'm thankful I'm in a big city so often since having to shop around for pre-op diet stuff!
Holland and Barrett ,Boots, Superdrug and with the help of Amazon I've managed to get all my stuff!
